             Angel Bernardo Viso, a lawyer graduated Summma Cum Laude from Universidad Central de Venezuela (1956), with undergraduate studies at the University of Rome(1952) and graduate studies at the Paris Institute of Comparative Law (1962), where he was awarded that year's award. During his professional practice he has given legal advise to important business, industrial, financial and service corporations. He has also held important directive positions at C.A. Editora El Nacional, Seguros La Seguridad, C.A., H.L. Boulton & Co., Urbanizadora Guayabal, C.A. Hilana, C.A., Textilana, C.A. and Montejaque, C.A. He served also as Director of Real Estate Leasing at the Ministry of Development (1958) and as  Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Labor (1958). He has been professor of Rights in Rem and of Contracts at Universidad Centra de Venezuela and at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He speaks Spanish, French, Italian and English.              Alonso Rodríguez , a lawyer graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela (1966) with advanced studies of Philosophy at the same University. He obtained an LL.M. in Comparative Law at Princeton University, USA (1968) and New York University, USA (1969). He has combined his professional practice with the holding of high board-level positions in national corporations. He has participated in tender offers. He is fluent in English and French, with Spanish as his native tongue.             León Henrique Cottin Núñez, a lawyer graduated Cum Laude from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1970), he was given the best student award that year. He has taken several specialization courses in tax and procedural matters. He has been professor of Obligations,  Roman Law, and Law of Evidence at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello since 1970 to this date, holding the Chair of Obligations since 1978. He was also professor of Business Law  at the Central University of Venezuela from 1979 through 1984. Among his highest board –level functions, he has been board member of: Sociedad Financiera Adcreca, Sociedad Financiera Caracas, Laboratorios Behrens, Banco de Venezuela, and Banco Caracas.            Igor Enrique Medina, a lawyer graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela (1973). He is a currently Director of the Venezuelan-French Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. He has participated in several privatization processes, both at a domestic and international level.              Andrés Ramírez, a lawyer graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela, (1972), with specialization on Procedural Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He has also made graduated studies on Commercial Law and has great knowledge and experience in the areas of Maritime Insurance, Evidence Law and Procedual matters. He has been a litigant lawyer in Civil, Commercial and Family matters, and recourses in the Venezuela Supreme Court. He has acted on behalf of financial entities in lawsuits and has been very successful as a litigant lawyer in well-known cases. His main activity in the Law Firm is as a litigant lawyer. He is the Director of Foro Judicial, a magazine specialized on legal matters published on a weekly basis, together with Quinto Día (a newspaper published each weekly in Caracas).               Alexander Preziosi, a lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa María (1990), with additional studies in procedural and labor law and accounting.               Ana Sofía Gallardo J., a lawyer graduated from of Universidad Central de Venezuela (1976), with a Master in Criminology (MSC) from University College Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom (1979) and with the Advance Managment Course of the IESA Institute, Caracas (1984). She has wide experience in the oil sector as a result of having worked at Lagoven, S.A. for over a decade. During that period she held important advisory functions in legal matters in contracting out works and services, local and international tenders and attending the Local and Central Committees for such matters. She was the legal advisor for serveral projects undertaken by the Production, Finance, Materials and Offshore departments. She also advised Refinería Isla S.A. (Curaçao), a PDVSA subsidiary, in the process of contracting out works and services, in the collective bargaining agreements with the Antillean employees, and in the development of pension plans.               Luis Alberto Rodríguez, he has a Bachelor's Degree in Fiscal Sciences from Escuela Nacional de Hacienda I.U.T. (1983) and a Law Degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela (1999). He is currently attending postgraduate studies in Tax Law at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He participated in the drafting of the 1991 Income Tax Law. He has been a tax revenue agent of the Ministry of Finance, fiscal inspector of the National Comptroller's Office, tax specialist in Domínguez, Debera and Associates (now members of KPMG), member of the tax planning department of Torres, Plaz & Araujo, and an independent tax advisor of important corporations. Has wide experience in the area of tax law, at the national and local level; in tax planning and structuring of negotiations at the national and international level; and in the regulation of foreign investments.
